Who we are

Mission Systems is operated by Mission Intelligence Pte Ltd, 48 Lorong 21, #06-02, Singapore 388464, part of Mission Group. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website (missionsystems.ai) and to the Mission Systems products we provide to our customers, including Launchpad, Grapestack, OpenAir, OpenRail and every application that runs on the platform.

Data we collect

We collect three kinds of data:

  • Data you give us directly: your name, email address and message when you contact us, subscribe to updates, or register for an event; account details (name, work email, role) when a workspace is created for you in one of our products.
  • Data our customers load into our products: operational records such as inventory, rosters, recipes, orders and guest records. Our customer is the controller of this data; we process it on their instructions under our agreement with them.
  • Data collected automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and aggregate usage statistics via Google Analytics, used to understand how the site is used and keep it secure.

How we use data

  • To provide, maintain and improve the website and our products.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To send updates you have asked for; you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To secure our services, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Google user data

Some Mission Systems products let you sign in with Google or connect a Google account. When you do, we request only the scopes the feature needs, and we access only the data required to provide that feature to you: your basic profile (name, email address and profile picture) for authentication, and any further data only as described at the point you grant access.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you connected it for.
  • We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide the feature, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you.
  • Humans do not read this data unless you ask us to for support, it is required for security or legal reasons, or the data has been aggregated and anonymised.
  • We do not use Google user data to train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time from yourGoogle account permissions page. When you revoke access or ask us to, we delete the Google user data we hold for you, except where retention is required by law.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our services, such as cloud hosting, database, email and analytics providers. They process data on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

Storage, security and retention

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers and encrypted in transit. Access is limited to personnel who need it to do their job. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiry and marketing data is deleted on request; product data is retained for the life of the customer agreement and deleted after it ends.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to hello@missionsystems.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time. If your data was loaded into a product by one of our customers, we may refer your request to them, as they control that data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or our products after a change takes effect means the updated policy applies.
